Congratulations on taking a scientific step towards shaping your child’s future.
At CareerNest, we don’t guess careers. We study how your child’s brain thinks, learns, and responds — using psychometrics (and fingerprint neuroscience if opted). This helps us give objective, personalised career insights your child can grow into.

Step 1 – Career Genome Analysis (CGA) Test

The questions are designed by psychologists to map thinking patterns, not test knowledge.

Your child must take the test alone.

Please do not assist, guide, or influence responses.

Use a laptop or desktop only.

Ensure a good internet connection.

Keep 60 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time.

Tell your child: “This is not an exam — there’s no right or wrong. Just choose what feels right.”

Step 1a – Fingerprint Scan (Program 2 only)

We scan all 10 fingers using biometric technology.

Fingers must be clean and free of cuts/bruises.

If any bruises, wait until healed.

Step 2 – Book Counselling with Dr. DD
After completing the test (and scan, if applicable), Book your 1:1 Parent & Child Counselling Session. Use below Button.
Step 3 – Report Delivery
Your digital report will be sent to your WhatsApp/email within 3–4 working days.
